Why can't I book a half-day online?
To ensure that our bikes are available as soon as they open, each bike booked for the afternoon should be blocked in the morning, limiting their availability for customers wishing to start their day early. By booking a daily rental, you benefit from greater flexibility and can enjoy the island of Porquerolles at your own pace, with no time constraints.
Is it possible to rent a mountain bike for half a day?
Yes, half-day mountain bike rentals are available directly in the store only. This option is available from 1.30pm, ideal for an afternoon exploring the island. However, we recommend that you visit the store early in the day to guarantee availability of bikes, especially during the busy high season.

We understand that changes in plans may occur. You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, with a full refund. After this time, the amount of the reservation will be retained to compensate for the loss of availability.
Are helmets compulsory?
Helmets must be worn by children under the age of 12, in accordance with French legislation. For your safety, we strongly recommend that all cyclists wear helmets.
What are the weight and age limits for children's buggies?
Our carts are designed for children under 5, with a total weight limit of 40 kilos.
Is there a minimum age for electric bikes?
For those who want to explore the island effortlessly, we offer electric bicycles accessible from the age of 14, in compliance with French legislation. These regulations are designed to ensure that users can control these bikes in complete safety.
What size bike should I choose for my child?

If your child is between 1.15 m and 1.25 m tall, choose a size 20″ bike.

If your child is over 1.45 m tall, you’ll need to choose an adult bike to ensure optimum comfort.

What are the opening hours?
The store is open every day from 8.30 am.
Exact times for returning bikes are generally set at 1 hour before the departure of the last shuttle, and may be brought forward to 1.5 hours during busy periods.
You will be informed of the exact time when you pick up your bike.
